NO TEXT PLEASE This 1981 diesel 5 speed pickup came from a local VW pickup collector/restorer estate sale. It is the 3RD truck but ONLY diesel in the bunch. It is an excellent fixer/restorer/parts California truck, with extra interior parts included. It sat stored for 15+ years in a climate controlled warehouse, (not out in a cold & wet field) since 2000!... 15+ YEARS!. . . almost half it's life! The strut towers and usual rust areas are excellent, I have found 0 structural rust. Original sought after original white paint, straight & solid, West coast body with a much less than typical minor dings. The complimentary dark blue interior is in very good condition, most of it showing low wear original condition, needing some reassembly/headliner work and comes with many needed extra interior parts (see pictures). The beautiful condition seats show minimal use. The dash is exceptional. All VW glass in good condition (15 years of storage dust) I CAN include a front grill and turn signals with additional arrangements but bidder MUST communicate with me to arrange BEFORE auction ending. Engine appears to be fresh/new, but I have no papers confirming this. See pictures! This truly is one of the best boned & fairly complete west coast candidates to fix up or restore or leave for parts car. It comes with bill of sale, NO pink slip as the family couldn't locate it.
