Nicely optioned XJ8 in exceptional condition. Titanium exterior with Dove Gray interior. Paint is shiny with no blemishes as car has always been garaged (there is one small scratch on the rear bumper pictured with a ruler). No dents, no rust (Texas car). Looks great. Interior is also pristine with no tears, scratches, gouges, stains, etc.. The driver’s seat is excellent. New headliner installed last fall as it was starting to sag in the rear. Besides all of the usual power options, sunroof, etc. this car has the following options; Alpine premium sound system with single CD in dash and CD changer in trunk. Sounds great!Adjustable pedals (gas and brake pedals move forward and back to fit short or tall driver).Rear parking sensors.18” Chrome plated factory Jag wheels look great, no rust or flaking.Tinted windows Everything works as it should: all windows, sunroof, mirrors, trunk release and pull down, ice cold A/C, tilt and telescopic steering wheel, pedal adjust, all of the other gadgets. I am 66 years old and do not abuse my cars, especially one as nice as this. 2004 saw a slight re-design of the XJ giving it more interior room by making the car a little taller, a little longer and still weighing 700 pounds less than the 2003 because of the new aluminum body. It is a tremendous car to drive with plenty of power, surprisingly good handling and is by far the best looking luxury sedan with the most beautiful interior around. It averages 20MPG in mostly city driving. Tires have 80% tread all around. IMPORTANT “PLUS”: The transmission was rebuilt this Feb. with upgraded components (I have receipts) and a new Jaguar OEM throttle body was just installed this month (May). These two items are known issues on these cars and once done the problems are solved, no worries. This car needs nothing. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions. The car runs and drives perfectly! The reason I am selling it is that It is a 3rd car and I don’t drive it much (I don’t drive it in the rain) and I just had my 2nd heart attack and have serious out-of-pocket medical expenses so I am selling the most expensive car I have.
