This is a no reserve auction and the Triumph will be sold regardless of price, on or off auction.     This particular auction is for an authentic original matching numbers 1977 Triumph Bonneville 750 5 speed motorcycle as shown. It is one of the nicest, cleanest, honest originals I have seen and obviously well cared for over the years. I bought this through a friend who's brother, who was in his 70's, owned it and passed away recently. I bought it because it was such a nice original and not beat to a pulp like so many others but the time has come to move it on - am running out of garage space. The mufflers are brand new. (we could not find the original mufflers in the gentlemans crammed garage). There is a nice after market spin on oil filter assembly installed, neatly tucked in under the right hand air box. The gentleman also had the brake rotors professionally drilled and he put new tires on it probably a couple of years ago and they have no miles on them. It has new fuel lines because the original ones had turned brown from age/old gas and it also has a new battery. The gas tank is excellent - no rust or dents or issues inside but the original paint has a few thin spots on the top of the tank only - evidently from gasoline because there is no wear areas on the seat or gas tank sides and they are stock original. Everything looks original including the seat and gas tank and paint. The odometer shows 15,330 miles but his brother said that the speedometer may have been a replacement and that the bike had much less miles on it. It looks like it - there is no wear on any of the normal wear points. Everything works. It starts on the first or 2nd kick every time and runs down the road perfectly - smooth and quiet with a lot of power. No smoke, no noises, all gears are there. Clutch is excellent, no other problems. Serial and engine numbers are: T140VJP75843. Front tire is a new Avon Super Venom 100/90V19 and the rear tire is a new Avon Super Venom 120/90V18.     I will answer all email questions. PAPERWORK:    There is NO TITLE. Motorcycle will be sold with a proper Georgia bill of sale only. It has been inspected by the Georgia Sheriffs department verifying the serial numbers as being correct and original. INSPECTION OF MOTORCYCLE:   As always, it is difficult at best to describe something as complex as a motorcycle and it is highly recommended that you personally inspect the car or have a 3rd party inspect it for you. I can accomodate anyone to show them the car. It is described to the best of my ability along with many good photos but it is the bidders ultimate responsibility to ensure that what he thinks he is getting is indeed one in the same and something he will be happy with. I have purchased and sold roughly 25 autos and motorcycles through ebay over the past 17 years and have always had excellent results and complete satisfaction from the buyers but I do my due diligence and suggest you do the same. I describe things as honestly as humanly possible. PAYMENT/BIDDING/SHIPPING:   CONTACT ME if you have less than 5 feedbacks or your bid will be cancelled. A $500 non refundable deposit via Paypal is due immediately after the auction closes. The balance is due within 3 days via wire transfer or a bank cashiers check. Full payment is to be made IN ADVANCE of collecting the bike. IN ADVANCE, BEFORE YOU COLLECT THE BIKE - This is an auction and you have plenty of time to inspect it personally or have a 3rd party inspect it - inspections are welcome and encouraged. Winning the auction does not mean that you now have the privilege of coming to inspect the bike to see if you like it. When the auction is over, it is your bike and payment is due at the close of the auction per these instructions. The bike is in a secure place at my home and can be left here for up to 30 days at no charge before collection. After that I have the option of charging a storage fee.
