Rose Kraus was the original owner, unfortunately she passed away 6 years ago. The Suburban was always kept in the garage since new even after her passing. The Interior and exterior are as nice as you can imagine (Southern California, garage kept vehicle). Rose never worked, so the Suburban was never subjected to the sun during 9-5 work days. No pets, nor kids ever. Matter of fact, it still has a new car smell, since it was always garaged and the windows were always up. Rose's husband just decided to let the Suburban go to a new caretaker.
