1949 Dodge Wayfarer Business Coupe THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION This is a sweet little Dodge business coupe. I bought it a few years ago from Texas. It is a great little driver that is fun to take to a local cruise or car show. The interior is in very nice shape. Everything works on this car. Lights, dash lights, wipers, all gauges, horn, brake lights, emergency brake, etc. The engine runs strong and shifts nicely with no smoke or noises. The engine compartment is nicely detailed. The trim is in nice shape, but the bumpers will need to be re chromed. The paint is called Island Green and is an older lacquer job that still shines, but is thin in a couple of spots. The body shows no signs of rust, but has few defects showing. The floors and trunk are solid, with no signs of repair. All in all, it is a very nice car. Take a look at the pictures and ask any questions that I have not covered here. On May-12-15 at 13:45:36 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had a couple of people call me thinking that this is a restored or near perfect car. It has not been restored. It is not perfect. It has flaws in the body, paint and chrome, but still it is a nice car that drives well with everything working, like a car from 1949 should. If you are looking for a perfect car, you will have to go elsewhere. If you are looking for a unique driver quality car that you don't see every day, then you should consider this one.
