Up for auction is a 1983 Honda Magna V45. 750cc V4 engine. This is a No Reserve auction with a reasonable starting price. Previous owner stated he had re-built the bike and installed a new clutch. The bike had been stored inside for about 3 years when I purchased it. I changed the oil and filter, changed the shaft drive oil, flushed the disc brakes and hydrolic clutch, flushed and set the carbs, installed a new battery, speedometer cable, 1 new turn signal and clutch lever. The bike runs great and shifts as it should. No smoke or strange noises. It is stock and has the original exhaust system. The previous owner painted it black. The tank and chrome fenders have some minor flaws but no dents. The chrome is in good condition. Everything works on the bike except the speedometer. I replaced the cable but it did not fix the problem. It is not the original speedo for the bike and correct mileage is unknown. The tach works fine and all lights, horn and starter fine. I managed to lose the right side cover on the freeway at 70 mph. It didn't last long on the freeway. I have already located and purchased a new side cover and it was painted and installed be on the bike after the pictures were taken. The original seat foam is good but the cover was cracked. The seat cover also purchased and installed after the pictures were taken. This is a very smooth riding bike due to the 6 speed transmission and the shaft drive. The 750 Magna's had the same engine as the Honda 750 Interceptors crotch rockets. It is a fast bike. It is a fun bike to ride. Parts for the bike are available on ebay.
