For Sale: 1995 Mustang Convertible – 3.8 Liter V6, Auto Trans, original car with original paint and clean interior and a new top/tires. Car was used for weekends and for college transportation. It is selling without reserve…. Car is located in Watseka IL (zip 60970) and has good mpg with a clear title and all maintenance done etc…***** Car has 148,000 miles, runs and drives great – local dealership and shop did all required repairs: had timing chain redone, head gaskets redone, intake gaskets redone, new mass air flow sensor, alternator (last year), new drive belt, tune up, and put in a factory Ford AM/FM stereo CD unit. Within the last two years: struts, shocks, new top ($2100), rack and pinion steering rack ($400), steering pump flush/refill, tune up, and injectors. Coming out of storage to sell it, a new set of Goodyear radials w/alignment ($830), and a new battery were installed. Car has been maintained since new.***** Car runs and drives great and needs only its headlight lens polished, there is a small tear in driver’s seat side, and floor mats need to be replaced. Choke may need some adjustment from being stored, motor runs fine but idle can be cold blooded at times. Body has no rust, no repaint or repairs and one small area where clear coat is peeling (driver’s rear quarter, top edge). The hood has some chips and some imperfections given age, but very presentable. New top is perfect on the car and underside of car when on a rack is very presentable with normal surface rust and usual wear. Driver’s door pinstripe is also slightly worn and faded!***** Car is selling with no reserve, selling as is and with no guaranty. Deposit by Paypal of $1000 within three days of sale’s end, balance to be paid by either cash at pickup or by bank wire transfer prior to coming for the car (call for bank name, bank contact, and account/routing numbers) within two weeks after depositing. If not picking up and paying within two weeks, car can stay stored here for 30 days at no cost as long as it is fully paid. After 30 days, I will be unable to return funds.
