1978 Volkswagen Beetle convertible powered by a fuel injected 1600 cc engine with a 4 speed manual transmission. AM/FM cassette stereo, heater & defroster,speedometer with fuel gauge, alternator & oil pressure warning lights, It also as brand new battery. It runs and drives Great.It has some minor rust and it does need paint job.When I bought it, the convertible top needed to be replaced, the person I bought it from was suppose to send me a new top for it, but he never did.The original convertible top was white. And these day's its hard to find someone that does Classic Volkswagen Convertible tops for a reasonable price, I had it done by Danny's Upholstery last year 08/2014 in San Antonio Texas,for $1700 dollars, had him replace from white to a Brand New Navy Blue Convertible top , he replaced all the padding, plus back window is glass and has new rubber seal.Danny's Upholstery did an awesome job. I have a clear title in hand, all tags are current to date. Reason for selling it, just had total knee replacement on my right knee and Doctor said the left knee is going to need surgery too.
