I am selling my 2004 rx8. Bought this car with the intentions of fixing her up and getting her back on the road but due to medical problems i can no longer do that and need to sell. The car is running, but not very well. I bought the car knowing it had an oil consumption problem. I daily drove it for a while before it just got too bad i couldnt anymore. It will start and run but is in no way roadworthy. More than likely it is an oil metering pump or oil control rings, and not an apex seal. Had great compression when i bought it and didnt put but a few hundred miles on it. Now on to the exterior. It needs some work. Most of the quarter panels have dents and dings on them and the doors have some hail dents but can be easily fixed. The roof, hood and trunk is straight. The back bumper has a crack in it. I bought the car from a teenager who didnt know how to drive very well. The interior is almost mint. All the leather is good and carpet just needs a nice vacuuming. Headline has a spot or two that has a tiny hole and the passenger visor is broke. While the car was running. the ac and heat worked great. Has a really good Bose stereo, heated seats, sunroof, and sat nav. I hate to have to sell this car because it is really low miles and had great potential, but unfortunately i have to sell.
