1974 Triumph TR6. Highly maintained exceptional original California example. Presented for auction is my semi-daily driver Triumph TR6. This is an extremely solid, rust-free, low-mileage California car. The body is exceptionally straight and maintains a nice shine, and the interior is in excellent condition throughout. Optioned with the desirable 4-Speed transmission with Overdrive, which has less than 1,000 miles on a complete rebuild. Recent maintenance includes new brakes shoes, wheel cylinders, and turned drums. New Prothane bushings on all suspension components, and new rear shock absorbers. The rear-end was removed, and refitted with new bearings, seals, mounting brackets, and upgraded half-shafts. New Pirelli P4 215/65/15 tires have also just been mounted to the original wheels. The interior features recent convertible top, door panels, center console, carpets, and seat foam and springs. This Triumph TR6 is sold with clear Title, current California Registration, and is Smog exempt. Everything functions as intended, oil pressure reads a healthy 70lbs, and the cooling system has never overheated. In short, I would not hesitate to drive this car across country, or continue to use on a daily basis.
