Vehicle Detail

This was my father's car for the last 10 years before he passed away. It's a great looking car, and drives nice and smooth. The tires are at about 80%. There are some issues I've come across, and I will list everything I possibly know about the car, but I am not a mechanic. The rear suspension leaks a little, and it looses some hydraulic fluid, but the rear doesn't flatten out when it's sitting. I think there are slow leaks in the shocks. The AC doesn't work, and I think there is a hole in the condenser. The ABS light comes on after a few minutes driving, and i think there is a wheel sensor or something in that system that is malfunctioning. When the 4Matic is on, the transmission doesn't shift properly. Shutting it off (using the "test" lever), it drives fine. The radio doesn't work, and I think the receiver in the rear is drawing on the battery, so it will go dead if left a few days. It has the original radio and setup. The washer fluid lines have a hole in them and doesn't spray the windshield. There are a few little rust spots and some peeling clear coat. I took pictures of all the rough areas. The drivers seat is worn and the center console is chipping. The roller top center has fallen apart. The light wipers don't work. I hear an exhaust leak, but don't know exactly where it is coming from. Cruise control doesn't work. We replaced the transfer case about 6 years ago (about 30,000 miles +/-) and it's been fine since. All power windows, sunroof and seats work. Locks work fine, and the automatic open close with holding the key in the lock still works fine. I think most, if not all the quirks it has are electrical, and with some luck, are an easy find and fix! Please do not hesitate to ask me any questions about the wagon. It is located in West Milford NJ and is as is. Thanks for looking!
