Very Clean Wide Body Conquest TSISolid Rust Free California carOriginal Paint This is a very solid unmolested Wide Body TSI, 2.6 4 cyl turbo with automatic trans. very rare to find an auto as it was an option to the standard 5 speed manual. the sunroof is also a rare option. This is the last year this car was ever offered and is considered to be the best of them all. The body has mostly original paint, you can see in the pics that there are a few touch up spots here and there, the driver side quarter panel I can see has been repainted but from looking under the rear interior panels looks to have been cosmetic or paint damage only due to the fact that I do not see any body damage. as far as I can tell it has never been in any accidents. doors, fenders, hood and roof all appear to be original. the undercarriage looks very solid with no rust or holes. These cars do have common subframe rust issues and this one is in excellent condition. The interior is in amazing condition other than the rear seat is starting to show wear and has a hole approx 1inch by 3 inch or so, the top is drying out a little with a few pencil hole size holes. The front seats are in great shape with only a few wear scuffs but not noticeable. Dash does not have any cracks or tears, carpet looks like new as well as the headliner. Rear seat sail panels are excellent, tops of side rear speaker areas do have minor sun wear. All the buttons and switches are legible and in great condition. The driver side window switch is cracked but works, just needs new plastic for switch lever. has original radio and it does work. The a/c works when charged, last about 2 months before it needs a recharge. Engine runs and drives great,, excellent power, good oil pressure, runs cool, no overheating, smoke or leaks. all vac hoses are in decent shape and correctly routed, builds 10--11psi boost..
