1971 Mercury Cougar 351- V8 Windsor with 2 barrel carb. A little over 94k box A miles on vehicle would not hesitate in taking this cougar on long trips, especially when it was driven down from Tacoma,Washington to Phoenix last June with no issues, mainly because the cars drivetrain was checked thoroughly and had many parts replaced, check the invoices in pictures to see for yourself, to much to list over 2k in receipts. Also has approx. 3000 miles on P195/75 R-14 all season tires. I would say this car is about as original as it gets for a 44 year old car. Looks to have maybe one repaint over the years and done very well still has a nice shine, body is straight with slight bubbling on the left front fender very light surface rust in areas. Nice clean interior, no cracks in dash nice carpet and headliner as you can see the drivers seat needs some help. Has original am radio in the dash also a mounted stereo with CD player in the glove compartment, did not want take away from the integrity of the interior. The vinyl top and all the chrome moldings on the vehicle are in very good condition. If your looking for a very nice survivor car, Look no further this is it.
