Beautiful original survivor R65. Super low under 6000 original miles. No crash damage, I believe everything but the gas lines and tires are original. All paint is original excellent condition with no touch ups, all rubber parts are excellent. Tires look brand new. No corrosion of the aluminum on the engine cases that is so common on older BMW's. I really believe this to be one of the finest examples of an original survivor 1986 R65 in existence. The mono shock air heads were the best BMW's ever made in my book. The tool kit looks like new, the battery was weak so I bought a new Motocross/Yuasa battery made in the USA it has never been used and is in the box with acid bottle. The bike runs excellent, excellent shifting gearbox, no rust in gas tank. The one issue with the bike is that the grease in the steering head gets stiff (common) when it's very cold. Bike has been parked in my garage all winter and didn't leak a drop of oil or fluids. Check out the pictures, the bike is amazing, no disappointment. preferred payment is bank to bank transfer.
