I am proud to offer this Like NEW Porsche 356 Speedster re-creation built by Vintage Speedsters of California. This little gem has just over 700 miles on it since it was built and looks, runs, drives and even smells NEW. This Speedster was purchased around 2010 and stored in an climate controlled shop among other exotics and customs until now. The miles are actual since delivery was taken from Vintage Speedsters. Vintage Speedsters is the World's Largest manufacturer of the timeless Speedster. Vintage Speedsters uses a custom built, jig welded, 2x4 inch 11-gauge steel frame. An original VW pan is restored, shortened and welded to the new steel skeleton. The rigid new structure retains the original VW pan design and integrates the largest frame possible. Vintage Speedsters was established in 1987 and has hand built over 3000 Speedsters. They produce in their own facilities, more cars in one week, than some so-called manufacturers do in a year. This vehicle is built and sold with a "Clean and Clear" 1970 Volkswagen title making it easily insurable and exempt from SMOG requirements in most areas.
