This loaded up C300 was purchased by us in it's current condition with a New York State salvage certificate. This vehicle is being relisted because of a high bidder who could not come up with the funds to purchase it. The paperwork has been made out as "not actual miles" but does only have 28,903 miles. Please read our description below. All of our cars are sold "as is" with no warranty expressed or implied. We sell everything we list and always selling with No Reserve. Condition - We will do our best to visually describe what this vehicle requires. There is no way to determine exactly what a vehicle needs to bring it back until one gets into the actual project of repairing it so please understand that our description very well may not and probably won't list everything that needs to be done. Now as to this vehicle: exterior - The vehicle has one rim which is scratched and the front bumper cover also has some scratches. All the glass is in excellent condition besides a crack in the windshield. The tires are matching Continental ContiProContact (225/45/17) and all have about 40-50% tread remaining. drive train - The vehicle runs a bit rough and only has the reverse gear. Also, the fuel pump has been jumped to give it power(will continue to run unless the battery is disconnected).There appears to be NO water in the engine or transmission. interior- The interior is in great condition but does have a discoloration on the bottom of the rear seatbelts. Also, there are some functions that are inoperative such as the seats, headlights and some of the windows. A 10% deposit of the final price is due within three days of the close of the auction. The balance due is required within 7 days from the close of the auction and must be in the form of a bank wire transfer or cashiers check. By law, tax must be collected from New York State residents. Regency Motors reserves the right to close an auction at any time. We welcome all interested parties to come and inspect the car.
