1984 frame off restoration on this Diesel powered CJ7. The project started with a dry stored rust free CJ7 from Missouri. The following is a partial list of work done: All new body mounts and Jeff Daniels engine mounts , rubber undercoat inside and underside tub, new 4" rough country lift kit, one piece superior rear axles with new bearings and seals, all new brake system including rotors, calipers, drums, wheel cylinders, shoes and pads and master cylinder, Cummins completely disassembled and rebuilt, Transmission is an NV4500 made by Bishop International, the transfer case is stock Dana 300 that was rebuilt, drive shafts are stock and rebuilt. The turbo is for 5.9 so has increased boost. Starter and alternator are new, fuel injection is stock , new power steering box and pump as well as heavy duty steering shaft , new radiator, new Painless wiring harness ,custom made 1/4" aluminum diamond plate dash, all new Corbeau seats and console, new stereo and speakers, all new LED tail lights , CUSTOM made rear and front bumper with Warn winch. All new 35x12.5 tires on aluminum alloy rims,new spare on swing out tire carrier , removable hardtop with skylight. Full hard doors. Everything mentioned is either New, Rebuilt or Custom. This is a very collectable and unique CJ 7. You will not see another one like this one. It has taken over 2 years to complete. Over 30 pages of receipts. I am sure I have not mentioned everything that was done. Everything on this Jeep works as it should and can be driven anywhere. Perfect for carshows and Jeep meets.
