1970 Honda US90 This is the model that started the ATV industry for japan I own vintage motorsports Restorations and every few years I get the bug to put together a one of a kind Restoration to sell off after it is completed and what is more fitting than the model we know the in and outs of the Honda US90. I have been restoring these bikes for over 20 years and over the years have bought out just about every supply of NOS parts I could get my hands on . I have been commisioned to build tons of these over the years for various museums throughout the world including Hondas own Collection hall in Japan so to say we know a few things about this model is an understatement. This particular restoration is over the top as far as the amount of New old stock parts used to complete it . All of these parts are long gone from Honda and to even locate these in todays market would be quite an undertaking . I cut no corners in my restorations everything is just as it came out of the crate from Honda back in 1970 . attention to detail is what sets a good restoration apart from another. the pictures will do most of the talking but here is a huge list of NOS parts used for the build1) frame assembly2) steel front fender3) fuel tank ( originally blue but nos)4) all new handlebar controls ( bars, grips, throttle lever,throttle case, upper chrome bezel, on/off switch, handlebar bushing, brake perch and lever, brake and throttle cables5) fuel tank badges and fuel cap6) complete wiring harness7) optional headlight kit complete with chrome brackets , shell, healight ,bezel, switch, and tailight8) full tank mounts , and tank strap9) complete exhaust NOS Honda with chrome stinger10) new inner frame plates for chain case and brake cover11) new brake drum cover12) chain case and inspection plug and outer seal13) sprocket , inner and outer sprocket plates and rubber dampers, and chain14) rear skid plate15) chain tensioner, tensioner shaft, and outer tensioner bracket with spring, 16) rubber footpegs, and chrome ends 17) rear axle and rear axle spacers left and right18) NEW repro rear fenders 100% 19) new seat 20) all engine internals are new during overhaul21) NOS factory Carb22) New air box and main air box frame with element23) air box rubber tube and clamps24) brake shoes, springs, actuator shaft and brake rod with springs and adjuster end 25) shifter26) rear grab bar, exhaust shields and foot brake lever show chrome plated27) axle nuts and rubber caps as you can see there is an impressive list of New Honda parts that simply dont exist anymore , all original hardware was stripped polished and rezinced to keep the original style Head per bolt etc paint work was done by us using all dupont chroma paint system in base/clear new bearings installed in front hubs, rear carrier and steering stem Tires as you know are the hardest part to find and new ones can bring 3-4k a piece if you are even lucky enough to find any, the tires used are real nice originals no patches or plugs and hold air with good tread , very presentable .. engine is full rebuilt from the bare cases up using all new Honda oem part inside , and fitted with all new case screws and hardware , Engine was run on a test fuel cell for 30 min dialed in then shut down and carb was pulled and drained for storage, no fuel has ever been in fuel tank its a Brand new oem Honda tank Feel free to ask any questions you may have prior to bidding , I can assist in Shipping in the us only I cannot ship outside the us , I can fully crate for an additional $350 this covers my materials and time .
