DESCRIPTION: As stated, this Mercedes is a one-owner car with 35,000 actual miles on it. The original owner passed away recently and the family wasn’t interested in affecting the sale, so, they contacted me to ask if I had interest or could sell it for them. Knowing this family for over 30 years and how their father took care of this car, I took possession immediately. Before I took the vehicle, they took it to the dealer to have the battery replaced and the car thoroughly checked over. I‘d love to keep this car for myself, but, I have too many vehicles, so, it’s available to a new owner to drive and enjoy. This impeccable car was built just when MB started offering the “4-Matic” AWD option, which makes it quite rare. This was a second vehicle, not a primary driver. It’s been pampered its entire life and was the owner’s pride and joy. The way you’re viewing it in the photos is how I drove it out of his garage. All I did was give it a minor detailing, check the fluids, belts, hoses and safety items. Everything is tip-top. Unbelievably, the wheel wells still have the original factory bright white paint on them. This car runs and drives just exactly as it looks. Never driven in inclement weather, the undercarriage is also super clean. By every account, I would designate this car to be in “collector quality” condition. The original glove box reference materials (owner’s and warranty manuals) are still intact. The original window sticker is included with the car, as well. This car originally listed for just over $58,000. The car has current PA safety and emissions inspections stickers on the windshield. The only thing on the vehicle which is not original is its upgraded high-end (Alpine) audio system with trunk-mounted CD changer, which was professionally installed, using the factory wiring pig tail. (Nothing was cut for the installation and a factory radio can easily be re-installed, if so desired.) Maintenance on this car has always been performed by an MB-trained mechanic and always on schedule. You won’t find so much as a single door ding on this car.
