Please look at all detailed pictures including undercarriage, chassis and floors. Parked since 1986 and recently has had over $20k spent on mechanicals, complete comprehensive engine and transmission rebuild by S and S Mercedes specialist. They have specialized in 190 and 300 SL's for over 30 years. Fully rebuilt mikuni carburetors, new clutch, full front suspension rebuilt and brakes repaired or replaced where necessary. Engine breaking time only. Tires are from the late 80's and should be replaced before final test and drive. Engine starts quickly and runs great, revs up crisp. Original complete SOLEX carburetors come with the car, complete with exception of tool kit and manuals. The factory paint color is DB 190G Graphite Gray, interior appears to be all original and is dark blue with factory flip forward base gullwing seats. Add tires and finish mechanical sorting and enjoy as is or a great basis to do an easy cosmetic restoration on. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. 10. Shipping & Delivery: a. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure. 11. Finalizing your Purchase: a. Collins Brothers will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes. b. In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by wire transfer, cash, bank certified funds to Seller. d. At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. 1956 Mercedes 190SL

2-owner local central Texas car, same owner since 1984, straight solid virtually rust free Texas 190SL. Please look at all detailed pictures including undercarriage, chassis and floors. Parked since 1986 and recently has had over $20k spent on mechanicals, complete comprehensive engine and transmission rebuild by S and S Mercedes specialist. They have specialized in 190 and 300 SL's for over 30 years. Fully rebuilt mikuni carburetors, new clutch, full front suspension rebuilt and brakes repaired or replaced where necessary. Engine breaking time only. Tires are from the late 80's and should be replaced before final test and drive. Engine starts quickly and runs great, revs up crisp. Original complete SOLEX carburetors come with the car, complete with exception of tool kit and manuals. The factory paint color is DB 190G Graphite Gray, interior appears to be all original and is dark blue with factory flip forward base gullwing seats. Add tires and finish mechanical sorting and enjoy as is or a great basis to do an easy cosmetic restoration on. This is a great, honest, solid, dry, garage kept early 190 SL.
