Daily driver 1978 GMC short bed 1/2 ton pickup and still using it until I sell it. Speedometer reads 26000 miles, Not sure what the miles are and if there has been any work done. Truck runs good and starts up every time with a few pumps on the peddle first. There has been a new power steering pump put it last week. The old pump was leaking onto the alternator and shorted it out, so a new one was installed also. Both were bought at Advance Auto with a life time warrantee. Receipts are in the glove box. Linkage for the column shift jammed up this past summer and a new floor shift kit was installed. Old parts are in the cab. Battery is just one year old date is shown in the pictures. Transmission and clutch work good with normal driving, when shifting to fast it makes a small grinding noise in third gear but that has been doing it since I got the truck a year ago. I still drive it every day with no problems. I bought the truck with the vision of putting a big block and 4 speed but like most plans they just don't always happen. Alabama truck and Clear Alabama Title The only rust on the truck is paint starting to bubble on the out side of back passenger wheel on the back side there is nothing. Also starting on the inside passenger door as seen in pictures. past owner tried to stop it from getting worse . Original color was a tan and was painted white several years ago but still looks good. Interior is in real good shape as seen in pictures with just one crack in the dash. Both Cab corners are perfect with no rust. Always a southern truck.
