Up for auction is a beautiful rust free all steel 2 door 1955 Chevy Belair. This was a 2 year labor of love restoration painted in a two tone Wine berry and white. All new 1955 Chevy Belair. This was a 2 year labor of love restoration body bushings installed when the body was off the frame along with a total rebuilt front end. This classic has plenty of power with a rebuilt 383 cubic inch small block V-8 Chevy with Edelbrock aluminum heads. She runs real strong and will break the torque thrust wheels with no effort at all. This power passes thru a rebuilt turbo 400 with a shift kit that works flawlessly to the 3:73 geared rear end. The paint is NEW and shines nicely. All frame, trunk, floor boards and rockers are rock solid. The only area needing attention is the interior which is not finished. I have everything to complete the job which includes brand new seat covers for front and back seats and head liner (bow rods are good and in placed) all gray in color. I just installed the new door panels in the front and rear along with the arm rests The only thing missing is the carpet and you can complete the job. I also had the quarter panel molding's put on but unfortunately they are reversed and need to be switched to be just right. I will include extra molding clips and hardware that I have. All new tinted glass along with new window felts were installed and the dash was painted in white to match the exterior color. Aftermarket Gauges and lights work. Lots of $money$ invested in this classic 55 Chevy and I'm letting it go far below the actual worth.
