Up for sale is a 1972 Ford F250 two-wheel-drive truck. It runs and drives, and is in pretty good shape for it’s age. One big bonus is that this truck is smog-exempt in California; once it’s registered, you never have to smog it! This truck was originally a 360 V8 with a manual transmission,  but it now it has a 460 V8 (7.5 liter) with electronic ignition and a C6 automatic transmission. (According to the state certification sticker, the swap was done in 1996.) The transmission shifts good and works solid, and the brakes work well. The engine runs extremely well considering it needs a little carb work. The brake master cylinder is new. One tail light is broken, and there are dents on both doors where someone hit something with the mirrors. The carpet was replaced a while back, but now it’s wearing through in a couple of places. The windshield is cracked.   Clean / clear California title, currently on “non op.” I have the title, but I never transferred it into my name. Odometer reads 03844. This has to be at least 103k miles, but I honestly have no idea how many miles this truck has on it.   It comes with a couple of extra tires; they’re used, but still have tread. This truck certainly needs a little TLC, but it runs and drives right now! he truck is up for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction early.
