I am selling this for a friend of mine so if you have any questions....I will get in touch with him and do my best to find the answer. For Sale is a 1949 Oldsmobile "76" DLX Town Sedan. I have added a picture of the actual bill of sale from August 12, 1949 as this has been in the original family since purchase. You can note that the optional equipment which was added back then was heater, radio, seat covers, undercoat, and wheel discs. I do not know the actual mileage as the odometer stopped at 59500. The radio and clock are not operable. It has not been started for two years, but was run for pleasure on weekends prior to that. The engine is a six cylinder with hydromatic transmission. One rust hole in the drivers floorboard is about 2 inches in size. The car has been driven to Florida twice and North Carolina once and the rest has all been local cruising. Buyer is responsible for expense of pickup and/or transport from Mendota, Illinois.
