2013 Lincoln MKZ with only 2443 Miles!! This is one of those cars people look for. Purchased new in Houston at Westside Lincoln October 11, 2013 by a then 87 year old man who is my wife's Uncle. His Alzheimer and Dementia has gotten to the point where he can no longer safely drive so we have had to take the care and offer it for sale. Not before however he was in an accident and it was fairly substantial. Hit on the right side on February 8th 2014 to the tune of $20k. The car was repaired at Sterling McCall Restoration Center in Stafford Texas. This is a Group1 Automotive Collision Center. Group1 is publicly traded and one of the largest automotive groups in the country so the work was high quality. They HAVE to go good work and they do. I have all receipts and paperwork from the sale of the car and from the accident. I have a written offer from CarMax and I am looking to get a few thousand over that. If I don't sell it here I will take it there. The car is obviously under the Four Year 50,000 warranty and there is nothing else wrong with it mechanically or cosmetically. No interior pictures as it needs a good scrub, it's dusty as you might imagine and I am not going to clean it. I have the clear title, Uncle will sign but my wife and I have full power of attorney. You may notice on the CafFax or AutoCheck that there is an entry on 9/23/14 for some kind of warranty and the mileage listed is 24,160. Not sure what that is about but I suspect Uncle responded to a solicitation, bought something and got the miles wrong. This has no bearing whatsoever on the Lincoln warranty, we have not been able to track down what it is. I will not respond to any services offering to sell this for me. I recently sold my own vehicle (and bought another) and my phone blew up with offers to sell my car for me, please don't waste your time or mine. Legitimate offers will get responses, the offer from CarMax is in the high teens so that gives you an idea of where I need to be, it's got to be at least several thousand above that.
