You are bidding on a two owner (non-smoker), automatic transmission, 2006 BMW X3 3.0i 3.0l with Pirelli Scorpion STR 235/50/R18 97H M&S mounted on 18" alloy wheels with a black leather interior. See below for a complete list of standard equipment and options according to the VIN decoder at bmwarchive.org. Note that the car has the optional M Sports Package -- an unusual option for an X-3. Unfortunately as far as I can tell, it's principally an appearance package with M badging on the door sills and steering wheel although it does have a sport suspension. We purchased the car -- certified pre-owned -- in December 2008 with 35,968 miles. The car has been used principally by my wife. As the pictures show, it looks fantastic from 10 feet away; however, a close inspection will reveal the usual dings and minor parking lot scratches and wheel curb rash you would expect to find in an eight year old car that has been through the parking lot wars. Current mileage is 123,777. Car has been serviced regularly with oil changed at 3,000-4000 mile intervals. The rear struts and springs were replaced August 2014. The pads and rotors were last replaced in September 2012 at 94,701 miles. There are two oil leaks -- according to the dealer at its last service, the valve cover gasket and oil filter housing seal need to be replaced. As a result the car uses about 1 quart of oil very 1000+/- miles or so. The oil wll be changed on 11.21.14. Since taking the pictures there is a 10" scratch on the lower part of the left rear bumper where my wife backed into a low stone wall. Shipping: Buyer is responsible for vehicle pickup or shipping.
