To cover the cost of a Gross Receipt Inventory Business Tax, Temporary Tags, & Registration that is charged on each car, we charge a $149 fee. We require that a deposit be made to secure the transaction by the end of the next business day. A deposit of 1,000 minimum is required. The deposit is ONLY to be made by Mastercard or Visa. We do NOT accept American Express. The deposit is not refundable. The balance of the purchase price MUST be paid by cash, cashiers check,preapproved financing or wire transfers only. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT! We do NOT accept escrow or credit cards on the balance price either. These are the only forms of payment that we accept, so if they are not acceptable to you then please do not bid. Final payment must be made within 7 days of the close of the auction. Once the vehicle is paid for in full insurance is required. We do not insure the vehicle after payment is made in full. This is especially important if your vehicle is being transported via car carrier. We do offer any financing. Please have the loan approved and financing arrangements in place before you bid. Our finance rates are very competitive. Please call for any questions Most vehicles qualify for 1-3 year extended warranties depending on mileage and age of the vehicle. Once the auction is over the salesperson will go over these details with your if you are interested. All vehicles are sold as-is unless there is a remainder of the factory warranty on the vehicle. Since all vehicles are sold as-is we strongly recommend purchasing these warranties for future mechanical needs and for your own general satisfaction. At the close of the auction we will contact you by email and ask for your name and phone number. We will then call you on the the phone and go over all of the details with you. At this time they will ask for your credit card number and charge to your account the deposit. Also we require at that time a faxed copy of your Driver's License and Credit Card being charged. Please have these items ready when we contact you.
Fee and Tax Information: All Buyers are required to pay a $249.00 admin fee to cover the costs of title tranfer fees and all related paperwork. Buyers are also required to pay their own state and local taxes.
