I have a very sweet 1948 dodge pickup.I have driven this truck daily for the past 2 years since finished.it is sitting on a chevy front clip with a 350 chevy engine with a 350 turbo transmission.has 2.73 rear highway gears.motor and trans were rebuilt at time of build.I have put about 20k miles on the truck since build.I have been on many 300 mile trips.truck is very dependable and gets 20 mpg at 70 mph. interior is stock 48 dodge,not cut up like most.has 4 core aluminum radiator,runs 170 degrees on hottest days.has all new dual exhaust,new hankook radial tires,new brakes,front disc rear drum.they are manual but stop very good.has power steering,new battery,air shocks and air horns.all glass is ok but doesn't have door glass,it has plexiglass pull up door windows that work good.no wipers (rain x works great).truck still has factory heater and it works.headlights,tailights,turn signals and gauges work except fuel guage.NOTE-this is a RatRod truck with little rust,cab, floor and doors are solid.bed is solid with barn wood flooring.tailgate has some rust but still works good.fuel tank is 15.5 gallon aluminum shlitz keg.I have described truck the best to my knowledge,you are welcome to come and check it out,I drive it to work every day (about 40 miles a day).please don't bid if you cant afford it.the only reason I am selling the truck is to finish my gasser.I have clear Tennessee title in hand and original vin is still on truck.please check out the detailed pictures and email or call 8658033881 with any questions.thanks for viewing and God Bless.On Nov-11-14 at 11:26:45 PST, seller added the following information: truck is also for sale locally so bidding may end early.
