This auction is for a rock solid 40 Ford coupe from Oklahoma . The car was a running driving local car show type car built in the late 70's . The car is very solid and shows no rot or collision and has been kept inside since the 70's . The engine was removed for upgrade around the year 2000 . The car has never been reassembled since. The tag and title are current , the custom interior is just sitting inside and is not bolted down . The engine and trans are gone and the rearend appears to be later model 8.8 with a 4 bar set up and the front axle appears stock to the car . The glass is very nice and the chrome is very presentable still today. The center transmission tunnel and lower firewall are trimmed out for a custom application that was never finished . I do have an aftermarket firewall section in the trunk. The car is very straight down the sides and the paint is very intact other than the hood that set under a carport for some years and the paint is coming off one side. The seats are very nice mild custom 70's type streetrod style .
