You are looking at my 2012 Chevrolet Volt with 48k miles. This is a one owner car that was used as a company vehicle by GE. If you like saving money in fuel cost then this is vehicle for you. You can drive up to 40 miles on electricity alone before the gas engine switches on and supplies the power needed to continue on your way. If your commute is predominately in town you could theoretically drive without ever having to use gas. Included with this Volt is a portable 120 volt charger that can be plugged into any 110 outlet plug and charge the car. It takes about 10 hours to fully charge the batteries. Also included is a 240 volt rapid charger that can charge the batteries in about 4 hours. This is a $1000 option. With these two options you can charge your car at home and at work and never need gas again.This Volt is loaded with options such as power windows, locks, AM/FM CD stereo with XM Radio, Bluetooth, power mirrors, touch screen display, on board computer, cruise, OnStar with hands free calling and turn by turn navigation and more. With the iPod and MP3 plugs you will always be connected to your music that you have downloaded. You can also download a App on your phone that will connect you to the Volt. It's free of charge and cost nothing to use. You can see if the batteries are charged, You can remotely start the car and heat or cool the car before you decide to get in and drive. You can also remotely lock and unlock the car in case you locked your keys in the car or if you want to allow access to the car. I have both keys with remotes for the car. With the touch button start button you never have to worry about taking the key out of your pocket. It runs and drives great with plenty of power for entering a highway or passing slower cars. The interior and exterior condition are great also. There are a couple of small scratches on the rear bumper as seen in the pictures. They are very minor and not worth fixing. If you wanted it repaired it would cost around $150 to refinish.This Volt has 28 months or 51k miles left on the power train and hybrid component warranty from Chevrolet.This is a no reserve auction.
