1978 Ford Ranger F-250 Highboy 4x4. 351 engine with 107k original miles. Runs good! Had complete valve job and water pump done at 86k miles. 4-speed transmission with locking hubs. 4-wheel drive unit works great. Transmission also shifts good. Clutch was replaced at about 91k miles. Clutch works great. Paint and interior all new, done about two years ago. Also had rhino liner done two years ago. Has factory lift which is considered highboy from the factory. This truck is pretty original and in pretty good shape for it's year. The tires are 33" Truck runs and drives great. As far as I know it is all original engine, transmission and rear end. I've owned the truck for two years. I bought the truck the way you see it and since I've owned it I only put about 500 miles on it in the past two years. I was told when I bought the truck that it is originally from Arizona, but has been in Washington for the past ten years. The truck is in good shape, no rust on the cab or floorboards.
