Visit www.conroecarsandclassics.com This is a used, soon to be a classic, SC400 “sports coupe”, which, in 1993 was one of the most well-equipped and highly prized Lexus luxury cars. This one is fully loaded with every power option working with a sun roof, heated seats, driver seat 2 memory position, a disc changer in trunk, and has gold accent emblems and exhaust tips. It’s in great shape both inside and out with just over 96,100 original miles, or averaging 4,600 per year since new as this was a second or occasionally driven car. The rear seats were never used, and the original Owners Manual and factory First Aid kit are in the car. Photos speak for themselves. The previous Owner in Florida explained that it was bought new and stayed within one family, first in New Jersey and always garage kept, not driven in bad weather, then shipped by transporter to Florida for summer vacations, and then they retired. The overall condition certainly supports this explanation. There are a couple of tiny wear and tear items, such as 2 interior trim cracks and the chromed rims have a couple of areas where they are beginning to show their age, but nothing serious or major. In August I bought the car for my wife; transporting it to Southeast Texas. When time permitted, one of my shop mechanics (master certified at Universal Technical Institute - UTI) carried out the following: Thoroughly checked every aspect of the engine and drive train; and computer analyzed the emission and electrical systems. Installed new platinum plugs (factory recommended at about 100K miles) Installed new front disc hubs and bearings with machined rotors and new high $ disc pads Fresh oil and filter, new air filter and all other fluids renewed. Checked and serviced the air conditioning. Also, the driver’s seat was re-upholstered in the original Lexus leather. The foregoing work was $1,850.00 for parts, materials and labor at my cost; but would be at least double at a Dealer. Subsequently, our local Firestone store installed new Firestone Fire Hawk tires on the factory 16" chrome rims, which have anti-theft lug locks. Since driven about 300 miles. The car has been occasionally driven for over 21 years, consequently it's a very good quality driver. You may not find this luxury car in similar or better condition elsewhere with low overall mileage, however, you may find other 300’s and 400’s but most have 200K miles and above, which is a testament to Toyota’s engineering and renowned reliability.
