Vehicle Detail
You will be be bidding on a very nice Ford SVT Cobra. 1 of 1775 made in vibrant red and only one of 1000 red ones with leather interior and even fewer were made with the pop up and removable sunroof. This is Cobra # 1029 of 4993 built on 03/30/1993 This is the fully loaded version of this car in red with electric leather seats. I have and you will receive with the car the Ford letters that will tell you all relevant information about the Cobra. This car has been kept in storage for 10 years started every week.. I have replaced everything I could think of due to it's age. When I bought the Cobra I took it to the shop pulled the gas tank,(rusted because of ethanol gas) we put in a new one and a fuel pump, sending units, plugs, 8mm plug wires, belt, hoses, oil, antifreeze, rear shocks (my wife said it feels bumpy) front pads front rotors, new exhaust tips, new battery and of course new BF Goodrich Z rated tires. The Cobra looks and runs like new, everything that could be replaced due to old age has been. The interior looks great remember it's all leather electric seats not cloth inserts. You must remember this is a used car with 59,000 miles. All used cars have some little scratches, dings and paint chips and mine is no exception. I have taken high quality HD pictures of this Cobra and told you what's wrong with the car; if you don't see it it's not worth mentioning. Take a very good look at the pictures, There is no rust on the car any were including underneath, you will see from the pictures under the hood discoloration above the battery that's from leaving the battery in your car connected while in storage.(electrolysis) It's going to be there until someone fixes it. It might have to be me if I don't sell it. Also you will see some marks on the fender I was told it could be (touched up) for just a couple hundred dollars that would also cover the repair above the battery in the engine compartment. Light sanding and spray that's it. So enjoy the pictures and bid like crazy you'll love this car! Note: This car has not been supercharged, engine replaced or rebuilt, clutch replaced, blown or otherwise abused. It is a perfect little original Ford cobra that was loved and very well taken car of and never mistreated in any way.
