The Accord Wagon: 1991 Honda Accord WagonEX Model5-speed manual (originally equipped)FULL H22A4 (1998 Honda Prelude) Engine Swap inc. motor and transmission Details: - Drivetrain: H22A4 Dual Over Head Cam VTEC engine swap. This came out of a junkyard near me from a 1998 Prelude. The mileage was not available, but the vin number is on the engine and transmission to verify its authenticity. It runs and shifts very well. I swapped OBD1 injectors (345cc opposed to the original 290cc) and have a P28 ECU running the setup. Gets around 21-23mpg in general driving, but probably could be further tuned for better fuel mileage. All fluids new, tune up parts, etc. Timing belts looked fine when I installed it. Clutch feels stock and original. The exhaust is leaky at the muffler and got significantly worse after the engine install. Its up to you if you want a stock replacement or change it to aftermarket. Stock catalytic converter is on it with an aftermarket header installed. Does have a rattle like the exhaust is touching the frame/body and causing a vibration noise. - Brakes are all in good shape. Tires are new 225/40-18's on wheels in good shape. Clear coat is pealing. - Body: This came from Virginia. I put time and love into this because of how nice and rust free the chassis is except for the one spot on the passenger rear which you can see in the picture. All the rest of the car is very clean and original. The interior is clean, but used. Does NOT smell new, but not ripped up either. Small things can be considered such as, the hanging grab handle, broken rear seat folding latches (still work, just need pliers to actuate them. The rear wiper squirter is missing and the front squirters I believe are broken. The front bumper cover you can see is torn but doesnt sag. Everything else inside works to the best of my knowledge. ACCORD #2!!! I'm requiring the winning bidder to take this car included with the auction price. This is a 1992 Accord DX (rubber bumper) Coupe. Originally an automatic and begun to change to a manual. No engine or transmission is in this car. What this car will donate that is quite valuable is a full 5 lug brake swap with prelude and odyssey conversion parts. Full drop zone new coilovers and shocks, stainless brake lines, new brake booster and big bore master cylinder, full camber kit front and rear, and most of the chassis polyurethane bushings. The car is on Prelude SH model wheels and the tires are in good shape. I will include a clean title for that car as well. Have your buddy tow this home while you drive the wagon!
