Vehicle Detail
THIS CAR HAS NO TITLE!!! AGAIN THIS CAR HAS NO TITLE!!! However, this car for being 65 years old is in phenomenal condition. It has one rust hole on the drivers side behind the rear wheel. The floors are solid the engine has been overhauled. It's either the 235 or the 261 inline 6. I replaced the three on the tree with a Saginaw 4 speed with a Hurst shifter. If need be for more $$$ I can track down the tranny. The car has been changed over to an alternator from the original generator. If need be for more $$$ I can track that down too. The car is I mint green with a white top. It has green and white interior as well. The passenger front window is out of its track. All of the interior is there and in fair to excellent condition EXCEPT the headliner & the floor carpeting. However the bows are still there for the headliner. This car would make an INCREDIBLE low rider! She sits low already. She has oodles of room to begin with. She has NO safety equipment. But hey when you're cruising the streets at 20 mph lookin' fly who needs crap like that! As she stands with the motor and tranny combo she gets almost 30+ mpg! For an old beast that's unreal!!!! As to the title issue depending on your state or the neighboring states around you getting a tittle may be quicker than here in Minnesota. It's a process that takes three to four years & costs a LOT of $$$. Most states it's cheap, or free & easy. I've just run out of time & $$$. Kids & family. So I must choose my toys.
