This truck has got to be incredibly rare. I think when it was ordered, they must have checked every box on the order form at the dealership, then when it was delivered to customer they had every option that dealership could install, put on this truck. Truck needs toatl restoration. But well worth a body off or just rat rod it !! Here's a list of the cool and rare goodies; factory hydra-matic transmission, factory blinker hub on steering column (very rare in 1954trucks), factory radio and anntena radio still tunes and needle moves smooth. Factory chrome GMC ashtray and cigarette lighter, factory dual arm rest, fiber board door panels, factory window chrome trim, ((custom cab?), factory wiper w/ very rare washer nozzels, apperas to have original tutone seat that also matches fiber door panels. Speaker cover in headliner w/ very cool retro inside mirror. Very strange ""American Injector Co. (auto heater vent) Detroit" mounted in firewall, see photo.Heater w/ multi vents, "AIR GUIDE" compass dated1955, "Hollywood" steer knob, and look at the original bronze paint on steering wheel-awesome patina!! Super cool under hood servicelight with hood switch, never seen one before, unity spotlight/mirror. Odometer shows 82,000 miles possibly original ?? Spring loaded tow ball hook up, original air cleaner, original Delco-Remy generator dated 4-A-14, head casting # 2194819 - 1954, block # F248219082. Has old suit hook on pass side, Has one of the original guide headlight on left side with big bulb & socket, corner windows are really nice. Rest of glass cracked or delaminated. Tree branch fell on hood & cracked carb base plate. Comes with another original GMC pickup hood, and I will provide a good carburater base plate with the auction.
