Up for sale is my American Motors AMC project. This car runs and drives beautifully, although I no longer have time to put the finishing touches on it. This AMC sports a 401 bored .030 over, Forged Pistons with 8.5/1 compression, 292 Hydraulic cam, Chevy 1:6 studs with roller tip rockers. 291c (50cc) heads bring the compression to approximately 9.4/1 at about 350HP. Engine was balanced, 727 TorqueFlight with shift kit installed, 2200 stall torque converter, electronic ignition, Carter AFB 625cm, Offenhouser valve covers. Late model AMC power disc brakes and steering, Ford Magnum 7x14 wheels. 315 posi rear end, and a stainless exhaust system. Recently, I put all new brakes on the car, new paint, bumper, carpet, headliner, seats (including new foam), and a new Holley carburetor. The paint does have a few cracks, but still looks great.
