1959 TRIUMPH CHOPPERTROPHY TR6-021174650 cc CURRENTLY DOES NOT RUN.PLEASE READ ON Please refer to the photos shown. This motorcycle comes with a good California title. This motorcycle was registered in California and last ran over a year ago. It was garaged and placed in a non-operation vehicle status. This means that all documents are current to resume its California registration without any penalty or paying any back registration/ taxes. The use of its current personalized license plate is optional. This is an early Triumph, pre-unit, old style chopper with a pre-unit 650 cc engine & 4-speed transmission. This Triumph 650 cc engine with a newer style single carburetor & manifold. It has been completely overhauled, including going through its bottom end completely. Its cylinders were fitted with new pistons and rings. The exhaust pipes were recently wrapped and uses the vintage custom head clamps with extra large heat sink fins and ends with baffles to add to its sound. It has a ribbed rear fender and only supported by a custom twisted square rod, chromed sissy bar. Chrome engine valve caps, Vintage custom cooler oil top end feeder, side engine and transmission side covers Carburetor with air filter. Chrome horn, new drag bar, grips, throttle and clutch controls. It's magneto now missing since it was used for anotherTriumph project and is the main part it needs to run now. The solo seat is diamond tucked with blue flake. Recently wired through out/ complete. 6-volt generate system; Lighting System: Head light, bullet tail/ brake lights with micro brake switch. This sale does not include the magneto as displayed in the photo. The frame is an original with matching original Triumph serial numbers on frame & engine. The neck has been raked 45 degrees and molded. The rear end is a custom softail-springer, bolted/welded/ molded, with a custom stretch of 6 ". Front end is an old style, 9" over extended strut front end with drag bars2" risers, new grips, controls and 3 inch rear side mirror. Frame's neck is raked 45 degrees with an extended front end tubes use of over 9" over. Front wheel is a 80/90- 21" M/C 48 on a new rim that was straight laced onto a chromed spool, Twisted square rod forward foot rest and matching rear sissy bar Custom suicide shifter which can easily be removed and replaced with the stock shifter. Gas tank with chrome cap, two new 90 degree petcock valves. Custom hexagon oil tank with custom hoses for the oil system. This also encloses a new battery under its polished battery cover plate. Lower frame also uses a polished lower frame stretch plate Rear passenger pegs has a "TRI" foot rest set up Rear Wheels is a chrome 16" rear wheel, laced onto a chromed original Triumph rear brake drum/ cover plate with new brake shoes and a 5.10 x 16" Classic wide white wall tire. New clutch and throttle cables. Horizontal mounted rear license plate mounting. All of the hard work is done with only minor fixes as you desire but is ready to be return to the road. This bike has many near new parts while its engine has few miles on it since it was rebuilt. If shipping is requested, I may be able to help staging the motorcycle for shipping.
