1958 Big Back Glass 50th Golden Anniversary Edition. This is a very solid Texas truck. Floors, doors, steps and body are very solid. All glass is original L.O.F. No cracks. Windshield "top-tinted" and weatherstrip is new, as are the 4 Kuhmo tires sitting on 4 matching aluminum wheels. These 50th Anniversary trucks are very rare. See photo of data plate with spec. (=special) paint code, gold and cream tutone. Truck has "alot of options installed", arm rest, 2 visors, exterior visor, yankee"turnflex" blinker/flasher unit, steering suicide knob, ashtray, original antenna, original factory radio cut out. These next listed items all work!; turn signals, brake lights w/blue dots, ah-ooh-gah horn works off of horn button on steering wheel, head lights-low & high beams, (has 3 original T-3 bulbs), oil, temp, and amp gauges, not sure on fuel. I've driven this truck about 30 miles. Under hood:check out the cool temp gauge on thermostat housing, original grey oil bath air cleaner & oil filler cap, and note the special gold/cream paint on the firewall...factory original. Fresh brakes & tune up, even passed tuff Texas safety inspection, see inspection stickers on windshield in photo. Door close, latch and feel very solid, has coil over the rear shocks, might be a later model rear end, has a 3rd generation 6 cyl 250 ci and 3sp work smooth. This is a great platform to build your dream truck, rat rod or restore.
