I'm selling my 1985 Toyota Turbo Diesel 4 wheel drive pickup. It's a factory 2.4L 2L-T turbo diesel engine with the solid front axle. It's the only year Toyota sold the turbo diesel in the US and the last year of the solid front axles. Super rare truck and it's in overall good shape. Here is a list of some of the things it has: - newly rebuilt transmission - new drivers side front caliper - new drivers side rear wheel cylinder - new slave cylinder - Air conditioning - Power steering - new radio with AUX input - good tires - very clean interior - new rear tail lights - good timing belt and water pump - new fan clutch - new thermostat The truck starts, runs and drives great, the turbo spools up nicely and sounds awesome. There's even a built in boost gauge. It runs on bio diesel without issue and gets really good fuel economy. That being said, please do not write and ask me if I think it can make a trip all the way across the country. I'm not a mechanic and the truck is 30 years old. It drives great locally but if you plan on driving it +2000 miles then I suggest having a mechanic look it over before you drive that far. I'm more than willing to bring the truck to a mechanic for the winning bidder. I'm also willing to meet the winning bidder at the Portland Airport if necessary.
