this is a 1959 chevy bel air with NO TITLE it has been lost. depending on your state you can typically get one or a reconstructed one faster then here in Minnesota, 3-4 years. However you look at it this car is a driver and it runs and will get you to where you got to go, in style. she drives like you're riding a cloud, a true floater, a dream machine. this car is HUGE inside. the frame is solid. too much has been either replaced or fixed on it to go into the little things, I'll try to just hit the highlights; the motor was overhauled, the electrical system was changed over from generator to alternator, the hanger bearing was replaced, any weakness in the floor pans welded up and fixed, the transmission was replaced, a 4 speed saginaw transmission with a hurst shifter that is now floor mounted replaced the three speed factory original three on the tree. the original transmission and generator are lost, due to cracks in casing or no one locally was able to rebuild them or some other odd reason. this car is a natural low rider. this car has been in storage for 10 years before I got it to work on about 3 years ago and now its been back in a state of semi-storage for the last six months... start it up, tinker on it, put it away, run home to wife and kids. Bring your own battery and four road worthy tires or a trailer and away you go.
