1948 GMC **BAGGED 5 WINDOW**This bad boy has the best of both worlds! It has that popular "field find" look, but features custom updates with a modern ride! It's sitting on a shortened 97 S-10 frame, with air ride suspension, power steering, and power brakes.The engine is a rebuilt 350 bored .040, with 305 H.O. heads. It has a new Comp. Cams 268 camshaft, new Pertronix distributor with Moroso wires. Also has a new Edelbrock aluminum intake with 3 Super 97 Carbs., with Progressive linkage. New Hedman Shorty headers with 2.5 inch exhaust, with Flowmaster mufflers. The transmission is a turbo 400 with new trans cooler.Truck features new power steering pump and lines, new brakes, calipers, wheel cylinders, master cylinder,new 4 link air bag suspension from AirMaxx with bags over axle, and new 16x8 Torq Thrust II wheels.All new glass and rubber, new cab corners, and the passenger side door bottom (both inner and outer) was replaced. There's new panels in front of both doors. The floor was fabricated from 1/8 steel with transmission tunnel. The bed was narrowed to fit S-10 chasis, and features a stained wooden plank bed with aluminum strips. There's also a compartment that houses the battery and compressors. A new spun aluminum fuel tank, with sending unit, is featured on top.The interior consists of a new custom seat, custom steering wheel, new EZ wiring harness, new Shark gauges, new air pressure gauges, and a new electric windshield wiper motor.This truck is a custom, ONE OF A KIND, with TONS of ATTITUDE...A REAL HEAD-TURNER!
