1965 Beetle – practically all original, a few small things that have been replaced over the years. Original engine was completely rebuilt in 2004 and still runs great. The body is pretty solid, however it could use some new paint and there are a few light surface rust areas on the underside of the car. Car runs, drives great and is very mechanically sound. I’m selling because I need to make room for other projects. This is a great car, numbers matching, good daily driver with a clear NC title, just jump in and go. Good stuff · Numbers Matching Car · Original engine, very mechanically sound, car runs and drives great · Clear NC title and original owner’s manual (manual is a little beat up though) · Original glass – except windshield · All original parts except for a few things listed below · Good tires · Interior is in great condition including headliner · A few extra parts to go with the car · Always kept in a garage Not so good stuff · A previous owner moved the horn button to the dash board years ago – I have no clue why · There is a short in the light switch so the lights for the speedometer and fuel gauge don’t always work, but sometimes they do · Interior dome light doesn’t work · Surface rust in the passenger side headlight · Passenger side tail light lens is not original to the car · Wheels will need to be re-powder coated at some point Email me with any questions, more pictures available upon request.
