This car is being sold for parts only Up for sell a 1995 Ford Crown Victoria LX, mileage is 236270 and has a 4.6 liter engine. We purchased this car from a dealer when it had 65,000 miles on it; we have owned it for 9 years and have taken very good care of it, with regular oil changes and necessary maintenance. 90% of the mileage has been put on this car by long interstate highway trips. This car is being sold for parts only. This Crown Vic runs and drives about anywhere you want to go. But the car is 19 years old and has a few problems / parts needing replaced. One of the windshield wiper arms doesn’t fully touch the windshield and needs to be replaced. None of the windows rolls up or down. I think all but one of the speakers is not working. The car has no parking brake, I removed the parking brake hardware several years ago as it was not a good design and was prone to sticking. The air suspension seems to have a problem it keeps blowing fuses but as you can see in the photos the car is standing up well as the air suspension decided to work when I was taking photos. The two rear tires need immediate replacement. The two front tires still have about half of their tread life left. As you can tell the paint is peeling off the hood, roof and trunk. As you can tell in the photos all the lights are working. Engine uses a quart of oil about every 150 to 200 miles. One dash photo is with the key on engine not running to show all indicator lights working. The other dash photo didn’t show in the picture but the air suspension light is flashing on and off. Occasionally the check engine light comes on and that is caused by a sticky EGR valve. The transmission shifts well and as it should. Brakes are a little spongy and make a noise in the rear but seem to work well. Driver’s door panel is a little loose, replaced driver’s side door hinges about a year ago, but never got the door to align properly, it closes and latches well but has a lot of wind noise.
