General Info: 2003 Ford Ranger - Flareside EDGE 4x4 (Shift on the fly). VIN: 1FTZR45E43PA26993 4.0 Liter SOHC (Supercharged – See Below) Automatic Transmission (5r55e) Single Adult Owner (I purchased brand new on 12/10/03 with 97 miles). Clear title in hand. 30,877 (+/-) original miles (as of posting date). All oil changes (less than 3,000 miles per) & routine mileage/time based maintenance performed at my authorized Ford Dealer (Have receipts). Packet full of material & labor receipts documenting this trucks build. Everything 100% works as designed & is essentially ‘better than factory new’.No leaks, drips and/or issues of any kind. Garage Kept – Started at least every other week & maintained with battery tender (Trickle Charger). Suspension Info: 5.5” RCD Coilover Suspension Lift. Adjustable Bilstein brand coilovers w/ upgraded Eibach springs. 3” Performance Accessories Body Lift (Professionally installed). Complete with optional ‘gap guards’. 6” Skyjacker Softride rear leaf springs (Part # FR36S) sitting directly on the axle. Removed Factory block to eliminate axle wrap (AKA – 100% spring lift in rear). Upgraded Front driveshaft – Superlift Brand Double Cardan Style (Part #9636). James Duff Traction Bars (Part # 5306). Wheels & Tire Info: Set of 5 - 35x12.5R15LT Tires - Goodyear MT/R’s w/ Kevlar (Less than 600 miles). Center lugs are machine siped for increased on-road wet weather manners. Set of 5 - 15x9 Trail Ready HD Beadlocks (real ones - not 'simulation style') with 4" of backspacing. Complete ‘born as a beadlock’ cast aluminum wheel with a 3/8" thick piece of 6061 T6 billet aluminum for the clamp ring. Entire wheel & locking ring is factory powder coated satin black. Custom machined one piece anti-cone rings are utilized as well. All mounting hardware is Grade 8 Coated Alloy Steel. Drivetrain Info: 4.88 Yukon brand Gears (Front & Rear). Professionally installed by Ford Dealer. Front Torsen Brand Limited Slip Differential - Professionally installed by Ford Dealer. Rear Powertrax brand ‘No-Slip’ Rear Locker - Professionally installed by Ford Dealer. SSBC rear disc brake conversion system complete with the upgraded black powder coated calipers (Part #A114BK).Mag-Hytec High-Capacity rear differential cover (w/ magnetic drain plug). Performance Info: Eaton M90 Supercharger - (Fully Remanufactured - Gen 3 unit from Ford). Hits around 5.7 psi at over 5,000 feet above sea level. Supercharger Pulley Size: 2.8" – Complete with a Gatorback Belt Poly-V Belt. Dual Pulley Upgrade Kit – provides some additional tension to eliminate any 'slippage' when using the smaller 2.8” pulley. Water/Methanol Injection: Snow Performance - Stage 2 progressive Boost Cooler Injection System - Triggered off of the MAF signal voltage. Adjustable controller is located in the glove box. Base mail-order supercharger tune was custom written by Don LaSota @ LaSota Performance to provide the initial startup. Complete Custom dyno tuning session was then performed to dial everything in fully. Complete SCT XCalibrator 3 will be furnished – Contains the custom Dyno Tune program as well as the stock information. Motorcraft Copper Core Spark Plugs, 1 Step Colder than Stock (Part #SP-408) Relocated the IAT to the discharge side of the supercharger so it can read the true temperature. JBA Headers – Titanium Ceramic Coated Magnaflow Stainless Steel Cat-back Dual rear exit 2.5” O.D. exhaust (Part #15773). Bosch - 42lb/hr Injectors - 100% Flow Matched (Part #0280155968) - aka Green Giants. 255lph Walbro in-tank fuel pump (Part #GSS342) 2010 4.0 Mustang valve covers – OEM Ford (Part #7H2Z-6582-A & 7H2Z-6582-B). Relocates the oil fill cap to the driver’s side - allowing for a 'direct shot' to the throttle body with my intake. Fiber reinforced composite plastic based material with a textured finish. Custom 3.5” intake tube. Fabricated from the ‘U Build it’ system components from Airaid. System utilizes 304 Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps & various 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers (5 layers of silicone + 4 layers of reinforcement). AFE Power – Pro Dry S Open Element Air Filter (Oil-Free, dry synthetic media). Performance Distributors – “LiveWire” spark plug wires (8mm spiral core wire with silicone jacket). Performance Distributors – “Screamin’ Demon” Coil Pack. Zeitronix - ZT-2 Bundle (Complete On-Board Datalogger & Wideband O2 Sensor system). Zeitronix - Multi Gauge (Red Digits, Black Bezel). General Appearance Info: HID Projector Retrofit - Professionally Performed by Caesar @ Lightwerkz. Custom all-black setup using the FX-R 3.0 bi-xenon components, Denso Slim Ballasts (w/ Thermally Conductive Potting Compound to be 100% waterproof), and the Osram Xenarc 5000K D2S CBI lamps. Fearce Offroad Custom Front Bumper. ¼” thick steel center section with reinforcement gussets with 3/16” steel side ‘wings’. Receiver opening behind license plate. Entire assembly (inside & out) has been professionally bedlined to match.
