2002 Cadillac Sedan DeVille - 4.6L V8 Engine - 159,157 CarFax Documented Two Owner Miles - No Accidents New York State residents please know your restrictions when bidding on this vehicle. Runs and drives like new. CarFax also documents a rebuilt motor at 61,750 miles at North Bay Cadillac in Great Neck, NY. Strong motor and tranny. I drove the vehicle over 150 miles - no leaks, noises, smoking or problems. I drove the car so I could reset the on board computer monitors, as required for a vehicle to pass NY State's strict inspection standard. Due to a faulty (and intermittently accurate) fuel gauge the computer monitors will not reset. Because of this it will not pass NY State inspection. Body is pretty - just needs a wash and a coat of wax - only minor scratches. Interior is beautiful. AC is ice cold. 4 new Michelin tires. Brakes feel fine, but you get a slight brake shudder when coming to a hard stop from 60 mph. With normal driving you don't feel anything. My mechanic says it is a slightly out of round, or warped rotor. This car is going to the highest bidder. No Reserve! No Buy It Now! Bid with confidence and drive it home! New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will easily pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
