1972 Chevy C/10 long bed rat rod hot rod shop truck. Power steering, power brakes, tilt steering wheel. Freshly rebuilt late model 454 big block V8 (not a junk yard special) mildly built up with an Edelbrock performer intake, Edelbrock 650 CFM carburetor, 105 GPH Mr. Gasket electronic fuel pump, long tube headers, true dual exhaust, etc… Newly rebuilt late model turbo 400 automatic transmission with a new driveshaft as well. New Sunpro large tachometer. The engine runs excellent. Starts right up first try without any hesitations. Idles very well. Has plenty of power and doesn't overheat. The motor sounds perfect. Very low miles on the drivetrain. The truck goes down the road well. Grand National style front disc brakes with a newer style brake booster and master cylinder. The interior and exterior are clean. The cab corners, rocker panels, floors, and frame are all very solid. All of the glass is good. 92,481 miles but original miles are unknown (speedometer is not hooked up right now). The truck does have some rust bubbles here and there. The lower left front fender has some rot, the bed has some rust, and the windshield cowl has some bubbling (all pictured). It needs some odds and ends. The brake lights and turn signals do not work (seems to be the brake light switch), there is no radio (does have speakers and wiring), the oil pressure and water temperature gauges are not hooked up, there is no emergency brake hooked up, and the front brakes could use new rotors and pads. The truck is great overall. It’s great as is or fix it up and have a show truck. I would trailer it before it is finished up with the small issues it has. Clean title. The remainder is due within 7 days of the auction end. The remainder is to be paid in cash or certified bank check only, no exceptions. This is due to the high Pay-Pal fees on vehicle sales. The vehicle must be picked up within 7 days unless prior arrangements are made. If the vehicle is left here longer than the 7 days without other arraignments made, it will be subject to a $20 per day storage fee. The mileage may vary slightly due to the vehicle being test driven throughout the auction. We do not charge any documentation fees, so there are no added costs after the auction. We reserve the right to end an auction at anytime due to the vehicle being for sale locally. We will entertain reasonable offers to end the auction early.
