Vehicle Detail
Hello and thanks for stopping to check out our 1952 Willys Overland M-37 Pickup Truck! This truck has the following options: 71,845 MILES (Exceeded) 4-Cylinder Engine 3-Speed Manual Transmission Four-Wheel Drive w/Front Locking Hubs Upgraded 12-Volt Electrical System Modern Electric/Hydraulic Dump Bed! 2” Trailer Hitch Receiver 1-Ton Leaf Spring Suspension! This is a CLASSIC two-seater Willys truck! It’s a pick-up whose bed was converted to a dump body with modern-day electrical and hydraulic components. The electrical was converted entirely to a 12-volt system. There were thousands of dollars spent on the electrical, the conversion, and the restoration to what you see here. If you check out all of the pictures on Photobucket (click on the link below), you will be able to see every square inch of the body, frame, and interior. The engine and transmission are 100 percent original. Everything operates properly, including the 4-wheel drive. The speedometer is not working, so the miles are not actual, but remember, it IS 62 years old! Also, the gauges mounted below the dash are the ones that work. The ones in the dash do not. The factory heater is still installed, but was not converted to 12-volt, thus, is not connected. The original wiper motor is there, but also not connected. All lights are in working condition! We have a speedometer cable for it, as well as some inside door and window trim. The inside of the bed has a Rhino-Liner coating. When you go through all the pictures, please take a close look and you’ll see how clean all parts of this truck are. This is something that you may never see again. We encourage all serious bidders to come out and see it for yourself. It really is something special and they are becoming more rare as time goes on. Be sure to check out over 100 more pictures of this classic Willys truck at the following link: CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE WILLYS PICTURES ON PHOTOBUCKET! Please be sure to look closely at all of the pictures so you see exactly what you’re bidding on! The vehicle must be paid for within 48 hours after the end of the auction in cash or by wire transfer!! This is an as-is vehicle, which means that once you buy it, you own it with all faults (known or unknown). We are RITA Auto Sales in Wickliffe, Ohio! This is a no-reserve auction, which means that the last highest bidder when the auction is over will win the car. Every time you bid on the car keep in mind that you have an opportunity to be the owner, so your bid means something. We encourage all bidders to stop out, personally examine the car and drive it for themselves. If you can’t personally make it out to check out this vehicle, simply find a local mechanic to look at the vehicle and give you a personal report on the condition. Ebay also offers a service like this! We need the car paid for within 48 hours, as stated above, either by cash or wire transfer, after the auction is over. We would like the car picked up from our lot within 7 days of auction ending. There will be a $100 paperwork fee added on to the final sale price of the vehicle. If you need a 30-day tag, it’s $18.50. We handle the transfer of the title. We will also have to collect the tax for your county if you live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina or Washington. We will not pay any shipping fees, but we would be glad to assist your shipper in picking up your vehicle. If you have any questions, call Stan at 216-598-7011. Good luck bidding! On Aug-21-14 at 17:03:19 PDT, seller added the following information: We would also like to add that, when the vehicle was rebuilt, power steering as added. It was not available when the truck was originally made, so the previous owner added it.
