SMALL BUT MIGHTY!! RUNS GREAT!! LOOKS GREAT!! LOADED WITH OPTIONS & FUN TO DRIVE!!!! ***Spoiler Alert........This 2004 MINI Cooper S has a 6 speed manual transmission***** We checked this car out in our shop and found no issues, everything...engine, transmission and electrical all work just as they should; The AC blows cold and the heat blows hot. The brakes are good and the tires all have 50% or better tread on them. This car has a 1.6L, Inline 4 cylinder engine, so it wont cost you an arm and a leg at the gas pump. The leather interior is super clean and in really good condition. The only flaw we found was a small dent on the rear hatch door under the license plate bracket (see pic) All in All, this is a good looking, good running car that is ready to hit the road today. This is the type car you see on TV, running in road rally races all over the world. So whether you are looking for smart and reliable or just plain fun, this could be the car for you. Because we are a licensed auto dealership, we can provide the buyer with a temp tag for any state in the U.S.(with a valid Driver's License and proof of insurance). This also means that we have to collect sales tax for cars that will be registered in NJ. TERMS OF SALE: We sell our cars through many venues so we reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.The successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 deposit with a bank wire transfer, cash if in person, or with a credit card by telephone within 48 hours of the auction's end to secure the vehicle.We accept Visa, MC and Discover. The buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. Balance to be paid by bank to bank wire transfer,confirmed bank check, or cash (if in person). A limit of $2,000 can be applied to a credit card, with the remaining balance being paid as stated above. If the deposit is not received or the transaction is not completed in the specified time,and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the auto will be offered for resale and negative feedback will be posted. WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAY-PAL, BECAUSE THEY WANT TO HOLD ON TO THE FUNDS FOR 3-4 WEEKS ( A NEW POLICY THEY HAVE) SINCE WE WILL NOT RELEASE A VEHICLE OR TITLE WITHOUT PAYMENT IN FULL THIS MEANS ANY BUYER WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US TO MAKE PAYMENT. WE DO NOT FEEL IT WOULD BE FAIR TO HAVE A BUYER PAY AND HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEIR AUTO. WE DO ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD, BANK TRANSFERS OR CASH (if in person). BUY IT NOW CUSTOMERS WILL HAVE TO CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS AND MAKE PAYMENT TO HAVE US END THE AUCTION EARLY.
