Please call us for more details. History of the VehicleThis 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera S has a clean title. It was purchased from an insurance auction. In the auction the vehicle was announced with no miles because the auction company didn’t know how to access the battery because the battery had died out, so they put Not Actual Miles on the Title and Carfax. However, when the car arrived to our location in Atlanta we were able to open the hood (this is where the battery is kept). We were able to get step by step directions from Porsche on how to open the Hood when the battery dies, which was a fairly easy task. According to a paint meter, the car has previous paint work on the Driver Side Door and the rear of the car.I have attached the Carfax report and you can see that 07/17/2013 the cars last mileage was reported at Stevinson Imports for a maintenance inspection and the mileage reported was 16,279 miles. In the next 6 months the car was only driven about 1,000 miles. From that very fact you can tell that the miles are original and it was just a bad case of an auction company not knowing how to access the battery on the Porsche and putting not actual miles on the title because it was less work for them to figure out how to access the battery. Also I can provide a printout from the vehicle’s ECU that will also match to the vehicle's VIN number to show that the mileage corresponds to the Odometer. This will prove that the mileage is in fact original. History of the Vehicle
This 2007 Porsche 911 Carrera S has a clean title. It was purchased from an insurance auction. In the auction the vehicle was announced with no miles because the auction company didn’t know how to access the battery because the battery had died out, so they put Not Actual Miles on the Title and Carfax. However, when the car arrived to our location in Atlanta we were able to open the hood (this is where the battery is kept). We were able to get step by step directions from Porsche on how to open the Hood when the battery dies, which was a fairly easy task.
I have attached the Carfax report and you can see that 07/17/2013 the cars last mileage was reported at Stevinson Imports for a maintenance inspection and the mileage reported was 16,279 miles. In the next 6 months the car was only driven about 1,000 miles. From that very fact you can tell that the miles are original and it was just a bad case of an auction company not knowing how to access the battery on the Porsche and putting not actual miles on the title because it was less work for them to figure out how to access the battery. Also I can provide a printout from the vehicle’s ECU that will also match to the vehicle's VIN number to show that the mileage corresponds to the Odometer. This will prove that the mileage is in fact original.

Vehicle Transportation & Pickup

We will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. Shipping companies have insurance policies that protect buyers against damage. If you choose to pickup the vehicle yourself, we can meet you at our local airport. This service is free of charge. However, we do require 2 days advance notice for any pickup or transportation.
Payment Information
If you are the winning bidder, you must contact us within 24 hours of winning the auction by phone (678)-705-9632 or by email through eBay or Axautoinc@gmail.com to set up payment arrangements.We require a $500 non-refundable deposit(unless any default on the car is founbd that is not stated) which must be paid within twenty-four (24) hours of winning the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS. This deposit can be made through PayPal to Axautoinc@gmail.com. In the alternative, you can make your deposit via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or wire transfer. If the deposit is not received within the required time frame and alternative arrangements are not made, we reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The remaining balance is due within five days of making the deposit. As final payment for the vehicle, we will accept a certified bank check, bank loan check or cash in person. We will not release the title until funds clear. If you pay cash, you can pickup the title and vehicle immediately. If you pay by wire transfer the vehicle will be available for pickup once funds are available in our account. If you pay by bank check, you will have to wait until the funds clear. If payment is made using a check we will hold all vehicles and titles for until the funds clear. We require 2 days Notice for any Pickup.
Storage & Late Fee Terms
Once a vehicle has been paid for in full, we will store it free of charge for up to (30) calendar days . If the Payment is not made within 5 business Days, there will be $25 Charge per day after that until its paid and if you do not agree to our terms and conditions, please DO NOT bid on our auctions. Liquidated Damages
In the event that the winning bidder refuses to honor his/her obligation to purchase the vehicle, we shall be entitled to liquidate damages from that bidder in the amount of two thousand dollars plus two hundred dollars per one thousand dollars of the total purchase price of the vehicle.

Buyer agrees that in the event any dispute shall arise, it will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia and litigated in Fulton county. By bidding on this auction buyer consents to service by certified mail.
Sales Tax & Other Fees
All Buyers in the State of Georgia will be required to pay all the Taxes and fees in order for vehicle to be titled and registered. Registration and Transfer in State of Georgia will be done by AX Autos. Temporary Ceritfied Tag by the State of Georgia (30 days) will be provided after the sale is completed. For any out of state buyers, we'll provide all the necessary paperwork in order to get the registration done such as work order, inspection or any affidavit.
